I’ve taken turmeric in my daily life over the last few years and am a big fan. It can reduce inflammation in the body, help with digestion and swollen joints, sinuses, allergies and even work to fight some diseases. As with any medicinal plant, it may take some time to build up in the body so you may not feel effects until you are a few months into a regular routine. I take turmeric in capsules (the recommended dose from the bottle) but also add it quite often to recipes and warm milks. Here is my favorite turmeric milk combo of late.
