How To Completely And Utterly Totally Relax In A Matter Of A Few Hours …

1. Buy a ticket to an island.
2. Get on the ferry.
3. Sit or stand outside while on the ferry, never inside.

4. Stop by a BBQ.

5. Someone get naked (a-hem, preferably a little one).

6. Use (and recycle, of course) a colored paper plate.

7. Pause at the sunset; really truly pause. Ponder the light.

8. Don’t go home until it’s dark.

Sigh … now you’re relaxed.
